Is your phone simlocked?
A simlock is a lock on a phone which only allows one company's sim to be used in the phone. The reasoning behind this is that those customers are then forced to use that particular network and the network therefore make more money. Simlocks are also referred to as SP Locks or Network locks.

How can you tell if your phone is simlocked?
If you place any card other than the one that the phone accepts, then you will get a message such as 'Incorrect Card', 'Sim Card not accepted', 'Enter Special Code', 'Enter NCK' or similar.

We operate a very fast service and will return your phone by special delivery (insured up to £500), properly packaged. We pledge to keep your phone in original condition while handling it!
