How to send your phone

Sending your phone is easy. Please follow the below guidelines to ensure your handset gets to us safely and in its original condition.

  • Make a request for a free phone repair cost online, this way you know what your repair will exact cost of the service and how long it will roughly take.
  • Remove your Sim card, memory card and any carry case (if applicable) and retain them.
  • Remove the battery from your handset and wrap both the phone and battery in some bubble wrap or some other type of protection.
  • Write the address given at the footer of your quote onto a bubble-wrapped style envelope.
  • Place your quote reference or a short note with your contact details with your phone into the envelope.
  • Dispatch it via a secure mail service. Royal Mail offers `Special Delivery` service with £500 compensation. Try to refrain from sending your repair in the normal post as its not traceable and may not reach us.

Usually upon receipt of your gadget we send you an email acknowledgement. You can check your repair status at anytime by navigating to Account Login and choosing the relevant section. This will only work if you have requested an online quotation prior to shipping your item to us.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries by using a suitable option from our contact us section.
